This introductory conversation allows us to get acquainted, briefly discuss your goals and expectations, and determine whether my coaching approach is the right fit for you.

Choose Your Coaching Experience
Private Video Session (PVS) — $50
45 Minutes | Live via Zoom
A personalized, face-to-face coaching session focused on one specific concern, challenge, or personal growth goal.
Private Audio Session (PAS) — $50
45 Minutes | Live via Business Phone
A private, scheduled telephone coaching session for individuals who prefer a meaningful conversation without appearing on camera.
Live One-on-One Coaching — $80
60 Minutes | Zoom Video or Business Phone
An extended coaching session providing additional time for in-depth discussions, goal setting, personal reflection, and developing practical strategies for moving forward.
All sessions are conducted live, by appointment only. All Things Aly does not record coaching conversations or offer prerecorded video exchanges, prerecorded audio exchanges, or written email coaching.
Payment, Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
At All Things Aly, I value your time and appreciate the same consideration in return.
Payment: Full payment is required in advance to reserve and confirm a paid coaching appointment.
Cancellation & Rescheduling: Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ advance notice to cancel or request to reschedule an appointment.
Late Cancellation — $25: Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a $25 cancellation fee. This amount will be deducted from the prepaid session payment, and the remaining balance will be refunded.
No-Call / No-Email / No-Show: Clients who fail to attend a scheduled coaching session without providing advance notification by phone or email will forfeit their appointment. No refund will be issued, and the full session payment will be retained.
Cancellation by All Things Aly: If All Things Aly must cancel an appointment, clients will have the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
Email communication is available for administrative matters, including scheduling, appointment confirmations, and cancellation requests.
